While simply plug in an aftermarket HID system into a stock headlamp assembly is a sufficient lighting upgrade for most people, there are others who want the ultimate in illumination. For those seeking the ultimate in automotive illumination, HIDtech offers Euro spec HID projectors to custom retrofit into your stock headlamp assemblies. This customization will allow your HID lighting system to project a beam pattern that is more focused up front, therefore giving the driver more usable illumination at night. The Euro spec projectors will produce an intense, non-glaring, and even beam pattern that no stock headlights on the market can compare to! These projectors are rated E1, which are the best performance projectors in Europe. Our customizations utilize all OEM HID components. We replace your stock headlamps' reflectors or projectors with Euro spec Bi-Xenon projectors, which provide BOTH HID low AND high beams, to give your vehicle the most road illuminating power available.


    After customization, the head lamp reinstalls back onto your vehicle just as before, no additional modifications are needed. The only additional work required is to secure the ballasts and igniters (if they are not attached on the headlamp assemblies itself) in the vehicle's engine compartment, which can be done in 5 to 10 minutes. Alignment of the beam patterns is still done with stock adjustments, the same way as before the customization. Just plug in your vehicle's head light sockets to our customized plug-n-play wire harness and you are ready to amaze your friends with our awesome creations for your vehicle!!!

Before or at the time of our receiving of your headlamp assemblies, we will require the following:

• Acceptable FULL payment for the customization and/or parts plus $50 return shipping and handling cost by Second Day Air for the finished headlamps

• Detailed photos, with measurements when possible, of in-vehicle clearance distance around the headlamp assemblies

• Any caps and/or seals on the headlamp assemblies

Projector Enclosures & Shrouds:

Basic: free of charge   We paint our projectors and cover the top 2/3 of them with a anti-glare coated aluminum shield. With the Bi-xenon mechanisms on the bottom of the projectors, we are not able to wrap around the shields all the way. Recommended for textured headlamps where the appearance of the projector is not a priority concern. Fits most medium to small size headlamps.	Front View Angle View
Type 1: $95 per pair   This enclosure is grooved and indented for an aggressive appearance. Enclosure measures 4 7/8 in. in diameter. Recommended for larger headlamps that measure at least 4 7/8 inches in height.	Side View Angle View
Type 2: $115 per pair   This enclosure fits over the projector with the base of the projector lens flush against the opening of the enclosure. The entire projector lens protrudes out. Recommended for medium size headlamps that measure at least 3 7/8 inches in height.	Side View Angle View
Type3: $105 per pair   This enclosure fits over the projector with the projector unit behind the opening of the enclosure. The projector lens is only partially protruding over the enclosure and its metal rim covered behind the enclosure. Recommended for medium size headlamps that measure at least 3 7/8 inches in height. The projectors and/or the enclosures can be custom painted in any desired color free of charge. The enclosures can be trimmed down to fit into slightly smaller headlamps in most cases with an additional fabrication charge of $75. The projectors will be directly mounted on the stock headlamps' chrome housings with about 2-3 inches of the projectors protruding out, depending on the shape and size of your stock headlamps. The coated shields and enclosures eliminate all possible glare from the projectors. Some light is purposely leaked out from around the projectors to illuminate the headlamp for a more aggressive appearance. 

To achieve the retrofit's maximum esthetic effect, we can also integrate into your customization any shields/trims/enclosures you might already have on hand for the projectors. The integration is free of charge if no further trimming and/or resizing of the components are necessary in order to be fitted on the projectors and/or inside the headlamp assemblies. Our customization rate is $45/hour for any additional work necessary. Retrofitting angel eyes into the headlamp assemblies is possible if the angel eyes fit the headlamp chrome housings. The turn around time for a project will vary from one to three weeks, depending on the complexity of the customization and/or the amount of workload in our facility. Your headlamp assemblies and entire HID system will be weather-proofed after modification. 

All of our projects are guaranteed for full 30 days of any workmanship defects. We, however, do not guarantee the final outcome of the beam pattern after the retrofitted headlamps are installed on the vehicle. Our primary goal is to provide our clients with better illumination while driving and we believe, at least for most of us, that we do not drive around with a big white wall right in front of our cars so we can stare at the beam pattern from our HID projectors when we are on the road. However, if any of our retrofitted projectors are offset by more then 20 degrees horizontally, it will be covered under our warranty of defective workmanship.
